Acceptance
By accessing or using Auralis.education, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are under the age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The service
Auralis provides practice tools for IELTS writing preparation, including task generation and feedback features. The service may change over time, may be unavailable at times, and may include experimental features.
Auralis is not affiliated with IELTS, Cambridge, IDP, or the British Council.
Accounts
- You must provide an accurate email address and maintain control of it.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree not to share your account in a way that causes abuse, security risk, or excessive automated use.
Subscriptions
Auralis may offer Free and Pro access tiers. Pro access is provided through a paid subscription processed by Stripe.
- Billing: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Managing/cancelling: you can manage or cancel via the Stripe customer portal (Manage link).
- Access: Pro features may stop if payment fails or your subscription is cancelled/ends.
Refunds, chargebacks, and billing disputes are handled under Stripe’s processes and any applicable consumer laws.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or scrape protected content at scale.
Intellectual property
The website design, branding, and original content provided by Auralis are owned by the service operator and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal use in accordance with these Terms.
AI output
Some features generate or evaluate content using AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use the output, including verifying facts and applying your own judgement.
The service does not guarantee any IELTS score outcome, admission result, or exam performance improvement.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled through Stripe.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
